3/9/11 - "E" for Effort!

Today, was my re-check at the Liver Specialist.  I was afraid he was going to get after me for not losing that much weight since my last visit but he was so nice!!  He said I am moving in the right direction with my efforts and not to be discouraged!  He even told me to give myself a break, major surgery takes at least a year to heal completely and removing part of my kidney - qualifies as major surgery!!  Lord, I'm thankful for my understanding doctor with a kind bedside manner! :)  Prescription:  Continue walking and eating right, stay away from sugars and saturated fats, and add...
